THE INTENTION BEHIND DHIH
Ancient words.
An open mind.
DHIH takes its name from धीः (dhīḥ), associated with intellect and understanding. This is a small, growing space to read with attention, ask questions, and discover meaning.
Explore Ganesha readings, the Kalabhairava Ashtakam, and a Telugu Ayyappa collection. Saraswati and more traditions will follow, one carefully prepared collection at a time.
How we approach texts and translations
Sanskrit excerpts are identified by text and section. Plain English renderings and reflections are prepared for DHIH; reflections are not scripture. Our first edition is an editorial preview, awaiting specialist Sanskrit review. Textual variants and uncertain attributions are acknowledged.
Original stories and poems are explicitly labelled. No modern translation or artwork has been copied from the reference website.
